Ingredients (4 persons) | 1 mango 1 orange 80g chia seeds 450g rice milk 2 spoons of Xucker or agave nectar some vanilla some coconut flakes |
My vice is having a sweet tooth – I just love things like pudding or dessert; resisting is pretty hard for me. Fortunately, there are plenty ways to gourmandise without fearing trans fats or carb bombs.
Mangos are sweet and basically a perfect addition to oranges. To make this pudding not only tasty but also healthy, chia seeds are added; they contain a high amount of omega 3 fatty acid, protein and roughage.
Preparation
Crush some vanilla with mortar and pestle – or simply use already crushed vanilla. Mix chia seeds, Xucker and rice milk in a bowl – add vanilla. Stir milk thoroughly and put it for 25 minutes in the refrigerator.
In the meantime, peel mango and cut pulp close to the pit – add pulp to a bowl. Also peel orange and add it to the bowl. Shred everything thoroughly.
After 25 minutes, stir milk up. Pour some mango cream in a bowl or glass, add rice milk with chia. Boy, look at these colours! Aren’t they just great? 😍
Finish with some coconut flakes – and enjoy cooled! 🙂
